Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Mission forJOY. We are committed to making sure your order arrives safely and on time.


Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after purchase.

Please note:

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays
  • During product launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Canada
  • United States

At this time, international shipping outside of Canada and the U.S. may be unavailable or limited.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Tracking Information

All orders include tracking. Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has been shipped.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipment confirmation.


Customs, Duties & Import Fees

Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your local government.

These charges are not included in the order total or shipping cost.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost, delayed, or cannot be located, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

While Mission forJOY is not responsible for packages once they are sent out for delivery and with the carrier, we understand these situations can be frustrating and will work with customers on a case-by-case basis to help resolve these issues.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping and contact information is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
